Sapore was born from a simple idea: that the best meals happen when no one orders for themselves. Inspired by the kitchens of Sicily, the bacari of Venice, and the long tables of Puglia, we serve a menu designed to be shared — passed across linen, poured slowly, lingered over.
Every dish carries Mediterranean memory, reimagined with the produce, makers, and rituals of today.
